These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Email Beep ("Service"), operated by Eighty Eight Brands LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 1401 Lavaca St #48, Austin, TX 78701.
By accessing or using Email Beep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Email Beep is a free email aggregation tool that allows you to connect and manage multiple email accounts in one place. We provide the Service "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login details confidential.
3. Your Email Credentials
When you connect an email account, you provide us with credentials (such as app passwords) to access your email on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use these credentials solely to fetch, display, and manage your email as directed by you.
4. No Rights to Your Data
We claim no ownership or rights over your emails, contacts, or any data accessed through the Service. Your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise share your data with any third party.
5. How We Use Your Data
We do not use your email content for advertising, analytics, machine learning, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the Service to you. We do not read your emails. We do not serve ads. We do not track you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Email Beep available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eighty Eight Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
